Order Custom Challenge Coins

All logos intended for use in coin purchases must receive prior clearance from OASH Communications, the Office of the Surgeon General (OSG), and the Commissioned Corps Headquarters (CCHQ). USPHS seals are authorized exclusively for Corps-wide official use and may not be used for individual or personal purposes.
The opposite side of the coin should have the USPHS seal.
Coins are available in lots of 50.
Available coin sizes are 1.5,” 1.75,” 2,” 2.25,” 2.5,” 2.75,” and 3.” Most coins have been ordered in the 2” and 2.5” sizes.
Additional options such as plating, edge, and detailing (e.g., 3D mold) may be added at an additional cost.
Coins arrive in plastic sleeves. Presentation options (i.e., bags or boxes) may also be purchased.
Once coin designs are finalized, production takes 5 – 6 weeks and allow approximately 1 week for shipping.

Coins will be shipped to the FAES Bookstore located at Building 10 on NIH’s Bethesda, MD campus for inspection. The bookstore will then ship them to you if necessary, for a fee.
