*FAES is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization that does not receive funds from the OSG, CCHQ to operate this gift store and it does not provide any funding back to the OSG, CCHQ from its sales.  All financial transactions through the gift store are between the purchaser and FAES.  The OSG, CCHQ encourages all PHS officers to continue following federal ethics guidelines governing the purchase of gifts.
